QUY TRÌNH CHỐNG THẤM BỂ BƠI
Vật liệu sử dụng và quy trình thi công như sau:
a. Vật liệu sử dụng:
+ Màng đàn hồi xi măng polymer hai thành phần DuraLastic S100 (Duraten) / Master Seal 540 (Basf) / Sikatopseal 107 (Sika)
+ Lưới thủy tinh gia cố co giãn, đàn hồi tốt, chống nứt cực kỳ hiệu quả.

b. Quy trình thi công chống thấm bể bơi:
*Bước 1: Chuẩn bị mặt bằng thi công tổng thể:
- Loại bỏ tất cả các chất bẩn như bụi xi măng, các hóa chất bảo dưỡng, mảnh vụn, sơn bằng máy phun nước áp lực cao hoặc các máy cơ học khác. Các bề mặt bê tông được mở mao dẫn hoàn toàn.
- Các khuyết tật bê tông như vết nứt, các ti thép, các khu vực khuyết tật nhỏ và rổ tổ ong phải được sửa chữa hoàn thiện.
- Bề mặt bê tông cần được làm ẩm nhưng không được đọng nước.
Bước 2: Thi công phun/quét các loại vật liệu:
- Tiến hành pha trộn hỗn hợp chống thấm hai thành phần gốc xi măng theo đúng hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất. Dùng lu rô hoặc chổi sơn quét 01 lớp vật liệu chống thấm tại vị trí góc bể, dán lưới thủy tinh ngay lên các vị trí chân tường đã quét lớp chống thấm trước đó (lưu ý: khi dán miết mạnh tay để lớp lưới dính chặt vào lớp hỗn hợp chống thấm vừa quét, tránh để bong, phồng rộp lớp lưới).
- Dùng lu rô hoặc chổi sơn quét 01 lớp vật liệu chống thấm hai thành phần gốc xi măng lên toàn bộ đáy và thành bể. Chú ý quét sao cho lớp chống thấm phủ đều và lấp kín các lỗ rỗ.
- Sau khoảng 2-4 giờ khi lớp thứ nhất đã khô, tiến hành quét lớp thứ hai hỗn hợp vật liệu chống thấm hai thành phần gốc xi măng lên toàn bộ khu vực đã quét chống thấm trước đó. (lưu ý: Quét lớp thứ hai vuông góc với lớp thứ nhất, quét sao cho phủ đều lớp lưới đã dán trước đó)
- Sau khoảng từ 2-3 ngày khi toàn bộ lớp màng đã khô, tiến hành ngâm thử nước trong vòng 24 giờ.
